Remedy and T-Metrics Installation procedures

  • All files can be obtained by calling Helen at 472-6160.
  • The following macro's and searches need to be installed in the ARCMDS folder on the users hard drive:
    • TxCallerID.arq; and Txmetric.arq; and CallerID.arq
  • Open CallerID in the notepad and change the references from badams to the new user ID. Also change the references to the PSW value to the new users password.
  • In your TMIACDAgentModule folder inside your TMetrics folder, there is a settings.cfg file. Make sure it has HPD:HelpDesk in the file, as is. Caps etc are important.
