    AAMR Journals - From here you can access AAMR's three periodicals, The American Journal on Mental Retardation (AJMR), Mental Retardation (MR), and New & Notes to subscribe or view abstracts from the latest issues. The AJMR is a scholarly research journal; MR is a practitioner's journal of research, reviews, and option; and News & Notes is the Association's newspaper.

    Journal of the American Physical Therapy Association - Journal of the American Physical Therapy is one of the world's leading peer-reviewed physical therapy journal and the official journal of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1921.  This journal mostly deals with scientific and professional documents related to physical therapy.

    Teaching Exceptional Children (TEC) - TEC, an official publication of the Council for Exceptional Children, is published specifically for teachers and administrators of children with disabilities and children who are gifted.  TEC features practical articles that present methods and materials for classroom use as well as current issues in special education teaching and learning.

    American Psychology Association (APA) Journal - This site provides table of content and abstracts from more than 40 APA science journals.  This site is not specifically focused on the special education, but embraces lots of interesting topics related to the psychology, sociology, educational psychology, act.

    Canadian Journal of Behavioral Science - Full text articles or abstracts featured in this journal are available in both English and French.  Most topics are related to the behavioral science, not specifically on severe disabilities or special education.

    Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis (JABA) - The JABA is a psychological journal primarily for the original publication of experimental research involving applications of the experimental analysis of behavior and problems of social importance.  This site provides abstracts of all past JABA issues, and some full text versions.

    Journal of Experimental Analysis of Behavior (JEAB) - The JEAB is a psychological journal primarily for the original publication of experiments relevant to the behavior of individual organisms.  This site provides abstracts of several past issues and full text versions of some articles.

    The Journal - Technological horizon in education!  This site provides full text articles dealing with technology in education (elementary through post secondary), such as internet and computer soft ware.

    ARC of NEBRASKA -- The Arc of Nebraska is a statewide association of people with developmental disabilities and their parents, other family members, and interested people.  The Arc of Nebraska is committed to helping and improving the quality of life for all children and adults with developmental disabilities.  The Arc of Nebraska, Inc. is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3)organization, incorporated in the state of Nebraska.

    The Arc of Lincoln/Lancaster County. This is an affiliated chapter of the Arc of the U.S.

    The Nebraska Department of Education and UNL have collaborated to implement the Autism Spectrum Disorders Network. This is a statewide network that includes five regions throughout the state.

    The Nebraska Federation CEC (Council of Exceptional Children) webpage - This site introduces topics of interest, upcoming workshops or conferences; lists executive board members of the NE Federation CEC and their regular meetings; provides information about its membership; and links to other useful regional sites.

    Augmentative & Alternative Communication conference featuring: Pati King-DeBaun, communication strategies for individuals with severe and multiple disabilities, July 17 & 18, 2003, Park City, Utah. This workshop is for those who seriously want to learn about communication techniques for infants through young adults that have severe communication disabilities and/or multiple disabilities.
