Campus Recreation
Campus Recreation welcomes students with all abilities to participate in fitness and recreational sport activities. The Campus Rec Center's strength & conditioning room is equipped with arm cycles, wheelchair-accessible weight machines, and adaptive cardio equipment, while the swimming pool provides a chair lift, stabilization bars, and head floats. Changing areas, lockers and accessible showers are located in both the men's and women's locker rooms.
Students can participate in all rec programs and activity areas, including credit/non-credit classes, fitness classes, personal training, intramural sports, outdoor recreation, massage therapy, and injury prevention. To begin an individualized program or to inquire about the availability of accommodations for special needs, visit the Campus Rec Center office or call (402) 472-3467. Suggestions for new activities and opportunities are also welcome.
