Health Care

Fully accredited health care is available on campus through the University Health Center. The Health Center is located at 15th and U Streets, just north of Selleck Hall. Physicians and registered nurses are available throughout the year. Dental and mental health professionals are also available during regular business hours and are on call during off-duty hours. In addition, health care questions can be directed to the Nurse On Call line at (402) 481-5500.

Students who require personal attendant care are responsible for arranging these services. Students eligible for Medicaid should contact the Nebraska Department of Social Services, (402) 471-7000.

Students who are not eligible for Medicaid can receive assistance in securing attendant care from the League of Human Dignity, (402) 441-7871.
