Students with disabilities are welcomed as residents in the NU residence hall communities. Selleck Hall and Burr/Fedde Halls have modified accommodations to meet the needs of students with disabilities. Selleck Hall, centrally located on City Campus, is open throughout the year (including vacations).

Because of the number of disabled residents living in Selleck, the professional and student staff of that hall have received additional training for providing assistance to residents with disabilities.

Some special needs such as first floor assignment, electronic door opener, handles for doors, lowered mirrors or towel bars, flashing fire alarms, TDD/TTY access, and other provisions must be requested in advance. Contact University Housing at (402) 472-3561.
