The Research Experience
What makes the Summer Research Program different at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is our unique approach to creating the research experience. We limit our research experiences to active research labs led by faculty who have established themselves as excellent undergraduate student mentors. When you apply to our program, you will know exactly with whom you will be working and on what type of projects. Each program will have several Summer Research Program participants, so you will have colleagues to share your educational experience with.
Our Targeted Programs
The targeted programs for our Summer Research Program include the following disciplines:
- Nebraska Redox Biology Center/Center for Biological Chemistry
- Undergraduate Summer Research Experience in Virology (USREV)
