Notes:
Assessment evidence can provide a reliable portrayal of what is occurring with student learning because it is tailored to reflect the distinct goals of our individual programs.
This is beneficial because:
- it can allow use to rely less on uniform indicators such as FTE and course evaluations as the sole indicators of success,
- it can assist in determining and addressing the advantages and disadvantages of experimental projects and new innovations as we decide the course of future efforts, and
- it can provide use evidence that is readily and easily available to programs to share their successes with those both within and outside the program.
