Strategic Planning Process
The strategic planning process at UNL focuses on academic unit priorities as they affirm UNL's core values. The process is adaptive and iterative. Academic units have to date submitted plans that: reaffirmed UNL's core values; identified strategic priorities; and provided data describing hiring plans, space and equipment needs, enrollment plans, diversity plans, and efforts to improve the workplace climate. With this information in place, future planning efforts will be directed toward refining their plans and adapting to changing conditions.
