Julie has been General Manager of the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film and Nebraska Repertory Theatre since March 1995. Julie is responsible for publicity, marketing and public relations for University Theatre and Nebraska Repertory Theatre productions, and recruitment efforts; supervision of outreach projects such as panel discussions and school visits, workshops for youth, and the annual high school theatre camp; and supervision of front of house, fund raising, audience development and company management activities. Julie chairs the School's Grants, Awards and Scholarship and Recruitment/Outreach Committees; is a staff member of Theatrix Council, is a New Student Enrollment Advisor, and is the School's archivist. Julie is a UNL graduate, receiving a BA (77) and an MA (93) in Theatre. Julie has been on the Executive Board of the University Association for Administrative Development since 1999, serving as President in 2002-2003. Julie is President-Elect of the Lincoln Arts Council Board, Festival Organizer of the Lincoln Arts Festival and is a member of The Angels Theatre Company, Informal Educators Network, and Association for Nonprofit Executives.
