To supplement the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's efforts to increase the number of racial minority United States citizens who are admitted or enrolled.

To function at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as an advocate and support system which contributes to the retention of qualified students.

To expose qualified students to dedicated staff members and related activities that:

  1. Reinforce the student's self-esteem and educational skill level
  2. Promote the concept of campus involvement
  3. Encourage participation in constructive leadership experiences in the Lincoln community.
