Lincoln (Neb.) - Sept. 17, 2001 - Laser light shows return to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Mueller Planetarium this week with a schedule of Sunday afternoon family laser shows and Friday and Saturday evening rock laser shows through mid-November.
The schedule for family laser shows, all beginning at 3:30 p.m.: Sept. 23 - Brooks and Dunn (Laser Country); Sept. 30 - Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync; Oct. 7 - Enya; Oct. 14 - "'60s Laser"; Oct. 28 - "Halloween Laser"; Nov. 4 - "Laser Country"; Nov. 11 - Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera; Nov. 18 - "Laser Fun 2."
Admission for matinee family laser shows is $5 general admission, $4 for college students with ID and $3 for children 12 years of age and under.
The schedule for evening rock laser shows (not intended for children), with shows at 8 and 9:30 p.m. each day: Sept. 21-22 - Dave Matthews Band; Sept. 28-29 - "Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon"; Oct. 12 - Phish; Oct. 13 - Santana; Oct. 26 - Jimi Hendrix; Nov. 9 - Tori Amos; Nov. 16 - "Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon."
Admission for evening Laser Fantasy rock shows is $5 general admission and $4 for college students and seniors.
