Lincoln, Neb., Oct. 21, 2002--The Nebraska Alumni Association's Scarlet and Cream Singers will present a show at 7 p.m. Nov. 1 at Lexington Middle School, 1100 N. Washington St.
The event is free and open to the public. The show is underwritten by individual donors and area agencies, but donations will be accepted at the door to support the NU group and Lexington show choirs. Now in its 30th year, Scarlet and Cream performs at venues across the country as the university's unofficial goodwill ambassadors. The 16-member troupe performs a variety of song-and-dance routines from many musical genres, including country, pop and Broadway show tunes.
