Lincoln, Neb., Nov. 5, 2002--The Nebraska Alumni Association invites alumni and friends to take a "click" down memory lane this week by logging on to the university's third "virtual homecoming" Web site (www.homecoming.huskeralum.com ).
Alumni and friends around the world have access to NU homecoming activities.
The special Web site features a lawn display contest in which the winner will receive the "Homecoming Herbie Alumni Choice Award." Alumni and students can vote online for their favorite lawn display from 1 p.m. to midnight Nov. 8.
The "Virtual Homecoming" site also includes a calendar of events, homecoming court royalty pictures and information, photographs of homecoming activities, a message board and homecoming history at NU.
