Lincoln, Neb., Oct. 16, 2003 -- University of Nebraska-Lincoln Chancellor Harvey Perlman will be available to media to discuss his final Phase 2 budget reduction plan at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 20 in the Office of the Chancellor, 201 Canfield Administration Building, 14th and R Streets.
The Academic Planning Committee has completed a round of hearings to provide feedback on Perlman's preliminary Phase 2 budget reduction proposal, which he announced on June 17. Perlman will discuss the committee's recommendations and his response to them.
KRNU Radio (90.3 fm) will carry the media availability live and it will be streamed on its Web site.
