NOVEMBER 10:

Native American History Month Movie Night. Culture Center. 6:30 p.m.
Dreamkeeper. Part 1 - 11/10/04. Discussion to follow the movie. Snacks and pepsi will be provided.

NOVEMBER 11:

Native American History Month Movie Night. Culture Center. 6:30 p.m.
Dreamkeeper. Part 2 - 11/11/04. Discussion to follow the movie. Snacks and pepsi will be provided.

NOVEMBER 17:

Native American Coffee House, Centennial Room on the second floor of the Nebraska Student Union. 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

SCHEDULE OF THE EVENINGS EVENTS:

6:00 p.m. - Chili and Frybread Supper.

6:30 p.m. - Clueless & Clark. A play presented by the Multicultural Theater ensemble of the Omaha Theater Company for Young People. Clueless & Clark approaches the Lewis & Clark expedition through comedic satire as playwright Valery Killscrow revisits the journey from the indigenous point of view.

7:45 to 8:00 p.m. - INTERMISSION

8:00 to 9:00 p.m. - Standing Eagle Drum and Dance Group. Standing Eagle is made up of members from the Omaha Indian Nation. Their performance will help to educate us in the importance of drum, song and dance at a Pow Wow.

NOVEMBER 20:

13TH ANNUAL UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA-LINCOLN POW WOW. University of Nebraska-Lincoln, City Campus Union Ballroom (2nd floor). Grand Entry: 1:00 p.m.
