The NCV faculty combines the expertise of Nebraska's leading biomedical research institutions: the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, and Creighton University which is also located in Omaha. The faculty is made up of experienced researchers presenting a strong mentoring environment to our junior investigators. The faculty represents various disciplines of research such as virologists, immunologists, plant pathologists, cell biologists, neuropathologists, microbiologists, and geneticists. Promising new investigators with similar research interests have been and are being recruited to further our vision of creating a nationally recognized center of biomedical research excellence.
