Postdoctoral and Predoctoral Fellowships

The Center seeks applications for postdoctoral and predoctoral fellows in virology. Postdoctoral fellowships are awarded to candidates dedicated to research in virology with a track record of research accomplishments. Motivated postdoctoral candidates with a PhD and/or MD in microbiology or a related field and predoctoral students with an interest in virology are encouraged to apply. Some of the training preceptors within the virology center include: Clinton Jones, PhD - Herpesvirus Latency; Jim Van Etten PhD - Chlorella Virus; Robert Weldon, Jr., PhD - Retrovirus Assembly; Charles Wood, PhD - HIV and Kaposi's Sarcoma-Associated Herpesvirus Pathogenesis; Luwen Zhang, PhD - Herpes Viral Latency and Interferon Regulatory Factors.

Positions remain open until suitable candidates are found.
