Chlorella Viruses Biology

James Van Etten, PhD - University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Plant Pathology.

This project involves the molecular and biochemical characterization of the huge (>330 kb genomes) chlorella viruses. These viruses contain multiple tRNA genes and at least 375 protein encoding genes.
