Hotel Reservations

We strongly advise all participants/registrants to reserve their hotel accommodations AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The hotel rooms and their corresponding rates are only valid through the dates noted. The visitor tax included in the price provides passes for visitors which will allow you to use the Lausanne public transportation at no charge.

Participants/registrants are responsible for their own hotel reservations.

We have reserved a preliminary contingent of 100 rooms in four different hotels at different price points. You can make your reservation using the key word WAPOR. Please note that we will not be able to guarantee rooms after the cut-off dates. Also, Lausanne has a very nice hostel that may be of interest to some. That information is listed below as well, though we have no formal arrangements with them.
