Women's and Gender Studies Major Requirements

All majors must consult a Women's and Gender Studies advisor and declare their major with their appropriate college advising office. A major may pursue either:

Option A:
36 hours from course listings and required courses

or

Option B:
30 hours from course listings and required courses, and at least 18 hours in a related minor to be determined by the Women's Studies advisor.

Because requirements vary within these two options according to bulletin year, please see below to determine which requirements you must meet.

 

If you entered UNL during or after bulletin year 2008-2009, you are on the new track
