Please visit the New Student Enrollment page for detailed information about completing everything needed to join UNL in the fall. In general, New Student Enrollment is broken down into two parts:
- Welcome Orientation
Welcome Orientation is your opportunity to learn more about UNL and the resources available to you as a student. You are welcome to select any day being offered. You are also given in-person and online options.
- Advising
Advising is the process of working with an academic advisor to learn more about your selected major, the classes involved in your major, and having a general plan for the next couple semesters for classes. You will work with your academic advisor to put together your Fall semester schedule.
