Erin Healy
Vice President
Erin Healy is a sophomore English, Political Science/Pre-Law major. Erin has been involved in campaigns in both Nebraska and South Dakota and during the summer of 2006, she interned at US Representative Stephanie Herseth's Congressional office located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. During her senior year of high school, she paged at South Dakota's State Legsilature. Erin enjoys golfing and discussing politics. Abby Fitzgerald

Abby Fitzgerald is a Sophomore Elementary Education major. This is her second year with the UNL YD's. Over the past summer Abby worked as a Field Organizer for the Nebraska Democratic Party at the Fremont Coordinated Campaign Office.Abby is also a Teaching Assistant for the UNL Pepsi Service Scholar. Hannah Ledford
Secretary
Hannah Ledford graduated from Lincoln High School in 2006. She interned for the Nebraska Democratic Party during her senior year and began working for the Nebraska Democratic Coordinated Campaign shortly after graduating. Hannah is currently interning for Senator Tom White in the State Legislature. Hannah has volunteered on many city, legislative and state-wide campaigns and has done a significant amount of work for various charities and non-profit organizations, most notably for the Invisible Children Organization (This is a non-profit organization based out of San Diego, Calif. that is committed to ending the 20-year long war in northern Uganda. UNL YOUNG DEMOCRATS
Executive Committee
The UNL Young Democrats Executive Committee consists of seven officers elected annually. The original four-person committee was expanded in the Spring of 2007 to adapt to increased member participation and election activities. In addition to these seven elected officers, the President may appoint additional non-voting committee chairs with the approval of the Executive Committee. This function allows Young Democrats members to take initiative and responsibility for new, specific projects.

Laura Holman is a freshman Business Administration major from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She is currently the Student Environmental Action Committee Chair for Harper, Schramm, and Smith residence complex. In her spare time Laura enjoys talking about political issue affecting her, running, and knitting.
