Walters' work with Offutt Air Force Base lab featured on Channel 8

Channel 8 News published "Lab at Offutt Airforce Base works to identify 400 sailors killed on USS Oklahoma during Pearl Harbor" which features work by Brittany Walter, a forensic anthropologist in the Department of Anthropology.

She is part of the team identifying remains of the USS Oklahoma at the Department of Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), an agency charged with providing the fullest possible accounting of US missing personnel to their families and the nation. More than 83,000 Americans remain missing from World War II, the Korean War, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War.
