Summer Camp Counselor Application

Current University students interested in serving as a counselor for the Glenn Korff School of Music summer camps must complete this application form. Applicants must be 19 years of age by the start date of the camp to apply. Please note that you cannot save your answers and return to this document later to complete the form.

University webforms do not work on a smart phone. Please use a tablet, laptop or desktop computer to complete and submit the form.

The counselor application deadline for all GKSOM summer camps is 5:00 PM on Friday, May 3, 2024.


Summer Camp Dates:

      National Show Choir Camp: Sunday, June 9 through Saturday, June 15
      Middle School Band Camp: Tuesday, June 18 through Saturday, June 22
      High School Summer Marching Band Camp: Sunday, July 7 through Thursday, July 11
