Stephen Lahey’s has published his book, The Hussites. Lahey’s book is a survey of the Hussite movement, examining “the events, people, and ideas that define this remarkable movement.” The Hussite movement of 15th century Bohemia is one of Lahey’s research specialties. His book delves into the history of the Hussites and shows the movement as a forerunner of the Protestant Reformation, with Jan Hus and his contemporaries laying the groundwork on which Martin Luther later built Protestantism.
