Grosskopf has previously been employed in educational administration by the University of Nebraska, where she coordinated initiatives to advance online learning as well as working in student services.
In addition to her teaching duties, she is a Court Appointed Special Advocate, Lancaster County, and active in the Lincoln, Nebraska chapter for PFLAG.
