The Department of English has a variety of laptops and other equipment available for use in the classroom or at department events. These devices can be checked out by Department of English faculty, staff, teaching assistants and research assistants.
At least 24 hours advance notice is recommended for all equipment requests. Special arrangements can be made for pickup and/or dropoff, if needed, especially in the case of night classes or weekend engagements.
Due to our limited supply of equipment, we are unable to provide long-term checkouts. Please return all equipment as soon as possible after your class, or on the next business day if necessary. If you need to check out equipment for more than one day in a row, please make arrangements with department staff by noting this in the "notes" box at the end of this form.
The results of this form are sent directly to email@example.com which generates a support ticket email thread for you. You can expect to receive additional notice from department technology staff as soon as your request is confirmed.
