Delta Sigma Theta and Sigma Lambda Beta earn Stroll Off top honors

Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity earns national honor
The Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln was honored with the Robert Adger Smythe Award, the highest undergraduate honor from the organization's headquarters.

Sororities and fraternities exceed campus average GPAs

The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life grade report from Spring 2017 shows that members of fraternities and sororities are out-performing their peers. The all-Greek female average of 3.438 surpassed the campus female grade point average of a 3.232.

Beta Theta Pi fraternity at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln earned the Chapter Award of Distinction from the North-American Interfraternity Conference.

Greek community donates $30,000 to ‘Nebraska by Heart’

Painted, tiled, colorful and creative hearts popped up around the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus this spring, but those in front of Greek chapters are unique. Most fraternities or sororities with a six-foot heart in their yard chose to become a sponsor for the Nebraska by Heart public art project celebrating the state’s sesquicentennial.

InvAsian showcases talents, celebrates diversity

Nebraska students and others from surrounding campuses joined the members of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. for InvAsian Under the Sea on Saturday, March 11. The sold-out talent show featured dance groups, singers, instrumentalists and strollers.

Greek Weekend filled with activities, friendly competition

From Friday, April 7 to Monday, April 10, sororities and fraternities participated in Greek Weekend. Groups of chapters called triads worked together to try and win Greek Weekend bragging rights.
