Could your writing process use a quick boost this summer?
The Writing Center is pleased to invite you to a one-day summer writing retreat on Friday, June 28 from 8:30 am-5:00 pm in Andrews Hall on City Campus.
The retreat is open to any faculty members and graduate students working on significant writing projects, but will be limited to the first 35 individuals to register. In addition to comfortable work spaces and dedicated writing time, participants will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the retreat. Writing Center consultants will also be available for brief consultations. Participants may spend the whole day writing, or they can participate in optional sessions on mindfulness and other stress-reducing writing practices. Registration
Thanks to some additional funding, the registration fee is now $20. Please register by Tuesday, June 25 at 2:00 pm to guarantee a slot at the retreat.
