The Office of Graduate Studies welcomes all new graduate students to University of Nebraska–Lincoln at these annual events.

This is an opportunity to learn about the culture of graduate education, meet fellow graduate students, and collect information about campus and community services and resources.


Welcome to Nebraska January 9-13, 2017

Newly admitted students are invited to visit the Office of Graduate Studies to meet staff and Graduate Ambassadors while enjoying hot cocoa, tea, cookies, and a welcome gift from Graduate Studies.

No registration required — just stop by at your convenience. We're at 1100 Seaton Hall and our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We look forward to personally welcoming you to the university.

Check-in begins at 10:30 am. The New Graduate Student Welcome program begins promptly at 11:00 am.
