There is something unsettling about a speech of this length. To paraphrase Seinfeld again, by the time you realize it doesn't say anything, it's too late for you to stop listening. The picnic beckons; the end is in sight. I continue to be in awe of what so many of you have accomplished. I continue to be frustrated by the opportunities we have missed. I continue to be excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. My sincere thanks to each of you who have shown, over and over, that "there is no place like Nebraska."
