A Letter From the Executive Team
We are thrilled that you are interested in joining the Gamma Iota chapter of Gamma Iota Sigma! Whether you are just settling into life at the University or exploring new ways to become involved on campus, it can be overwhelming. As you go through the recruitment process, take a moment to relax and enjoy yourself. Joining GIS will make a positive impact on your time here at UNL and beyond. Through Gamma Iota Sigma, you will develop the skills needed to succeed, and you will be given a chance to interact with other students and professionals with interests similar to your own.
Our formal recruitment process takes place during the first few weeks of every semester, but do not be discouraged if you have found our organization after that period. We will still accept new members throughout the term! If you would like to get a head start on joining the Gamma Iota Sigma community, please email us. In the meantime, we hope that this site demonstrates why our organization is worth joining. If you have questions/concerns about joining, feel free to reach out to anyone on our Executive Board.
