The Women's and Gender Studies Program announced that two of its Program Faculty have retired in the 2021-2022 Academic Year. They are:
- Carole Levin, from the Department of History. Dr. Levin has been with UNL since 1998, was the Willa Cather Professor in History, and taught HIST/MRST/WMNS 336: Saints, Witches, and Madwomen.
- Kathy Krone, from the Department of Communication Studies. Dr. Krone has been with UNL since 1991, and has served as a program faculty member with UNL's Women's & Gender Studies program and its transnational feminist working group.
WGS Faculty and Staff wish 'Good Luck!' and "Happy Retirement!' to Carole and Kathy.
