This summer, the Writing Center has several opportunities for advanced writers:

Writing Center Virtual Retreat, May 18-19: This virtual retreat will provide graduate students and faculty with dedicated writing time, wellness activities, and optional writing consultations. To register, please visit https://go.unl.edu/2022writingretreat.

Writing groups for graduate students and faculty: From May 23-July 8, Writing Center staff will host weekly meetings for graduate student and faculty writers who are interested in building community and accountability into their writing practice. Interested writers should complete this form no later than Friday, May 13: https://go.unl.edu/2022writinggroups

At the Writing Center, our undergraduate and graduate Writing Consultants work with writers at all levels, from all disciplines, at all stages of the writing process.

All members of the UNL community (students, faculty, and staff) are welcome.

Whether you are brainstorming or organizing ideas or polishing a final draft, we look forward to discussing your writing with you.

All forms of communication are welcome, from essays, lab reports, research papers, and journal articles to presentations, cover letters, personal statements, and theses/dissertations.
