Eta Chapter
University of Nebraska-Lincoln and University of Nebraska OmahaNational Criminal Justice Honorary Society
Eta is the name of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and University of Nebraska-Lincoln chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma. The chapter was formed in 1971 at UNO. A second chapter, Chi Epsilon, was formed at UNL in 1993, but at this time both UNO and UNL Criminology and Criminal Justice students are served by the Eta chapter. The society recognizes scholastic excellence by undergraduate and graduate students in the criminal justice sciences.

Completed 45 credit hours (including 15 hours in Criminology and Criminal Justice)

Cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or above

To Apply
Due to COVID, there are some temporary changes to applying for membership with Alpha Phi Sigma.

You will be billed directly by Alpha Phi Sigma for the $70 lifetime membership fee, which will need to be paid by debit or credit card. Once Alpha Phi Sigma has received your payment, they will mail your membership packet to the address you provided on the membership application.
