Professional Experience and Expertise
Ms. Citta has been on the force of the Lincoln Police Department since 1984, where she has risen through the ranks from officer to captain of management services. In her current role, she is responsible for strategic planning and policy development for the LPD. She is active on many boards, including the chair of the City of Lincoln Problem Resolution Team, City of Lincoln Internal Liquor Committee, LPD Safety Committee, United Way Fund Allocation Committee, and the Nebraska Violence Against Women Act Grant Committee to name just a few.
