Meagan Counley received her bachelor’s degree in 2007 and master’s degrees in 2010 in Criminal Justice from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Meagan began her career in law enforcement in 2011 with the Lawrence Police Department. She was assigned to patrol and juvenile investigations during her law enforcement career. Meagan played soccer at Washburn University from 2003-2006 and was a team captain for four years.
