OASIS Student Advisory Board (OSAB)
Represent yourself, your peers, and OASIS.
OSAB members provide recommendations and assist with the planning, promotion, coordination, and evaluation of OASIS programs and services. As an OSAB member, you also will serve as an advocate for UNL students in regards to the programs, events, and services offered by OASIS and the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center.
Benefits of Joining OSAB:
- Working in a small group to achieve common goals
- Potential for leadership experience on the OSAB executive board
- The ability to make a difference on campus by directly impacting OASIS programming
OSAB shall consist of no less than 5 members and no more than 15 members selected on the basis of an application. Any University of Nebraska-Lincoln student enrolled for a minimum of six (6) credit hours and in good academic and disciplinary standing shall be eligible for membership on OSAB. Membership terms shall be until graduation so long as the Member remains in good standing with OSAB. Executive Board positions are: President, Co-President, Treasurer, and Secretary and these will be valid for one year.
