- Searches for Phenomena Beyond the Standard Model
- The Cosmic Ray Observatory Project, a ground-based array for the study of extended cosmic ray showers.
- (UNO) The Underground Neutrino Observatory, a proposed next generation experiment that may anchor the NSF Deep Underground Science and Engineering Lab (DUSEL).
